My take:

He was talking about ussi waqt when they were on the bed. She said something on the lines of tu bahut hurt karta hai mujhe, uss waqt she was pressing his hand so as to push him away.

Then he says tu mera haath dabake mujhe hurt kar rahi hai. He probably still has pain coz of typhoid. He said it very seriously but it looked more of a dramatic nautanki wala serious. You know the kind of serious where you say something very silly with a straight and serious face and it's all fun and playful and cutesy after. lol.

She immediately loosens the grip after that.

One thing I am sure now that Sid won’t give up but n Sana! Even if they fight they will patch up as always, their fight is more like husband and wife, fight in the morning and patch up in the night! Yeh chalega inka, but they have come a long way to be separated
