Though after the hospital scene, that doesn't seem very likely. but again, u never know !! Even if she does, nothing more than mild sleeping pills i think.

His water correlation was completely insensible which is like MJ, but perfect for real symbolism. No one really gives importance to water coz it's freely and always available. But 3/4 of our planet is water. And water can give birth to creation or cause massive destruction. And like Shreya said ice is a form of water (his sons).
