Why did sona take her to rani first of all...?? Pagal hai kya... Usko ek baar mein baat samjh mein nahi aati...

Tbh, Rohit should have confided on Sona about this and told her the truth of Naren being Pooja's dad. Knowing Sona that she goes to any length to help people, Rohit should have let her know about this.
