Haven't watched the episode, so can't comment, but generally speaking, for whatever reasons, now Asim wants to play for himself and he's being very open about it. Now HMs know that they can't depend on Asim game wise and that should be fine. Also by openly saying this, he's creating a disadvantage for himself too, as he'll be not helped in return. So IMO it's not a smart move, but I guess Asim is just tired of being tagged as chela of whoever her teams up with. So I understand where he's coming from.
