The only time BB has actively colluded with a contestant to rig nominations was with Shukla - to save Paras. The other nominations have been by people themselves when designed thus, and I don’t believe BB can force anyone to nominate against their will. So if Rashmi isn’t nominated today its because she didn’t get enough noms. Shukla’s nomination “punishments” are a joke in any case IMO, and a lollipop BB serves everyone other than Shukla fans - what with the amount of violence he’s indulged in this season.
