There is a fair possibility that she is scaring him off knowing his survival instincts will kick in and he will overcome his fear. But of course it might make him angry like he got when she insulted his self respect. Rudra has a very clear moral compass.

I feel that too because the more she taunted him, the more he tried opening the lift (well acc to the precious) so I think it’s her own crooked way to get him to survive.

You know, there is a Bengali festival called Jamai shashti where sasuma cooks for damaad and feeds him. Not sure whether they would show in the show or not. But today's scene was like a demo to that. beautiful bonding. ❤️
