Yes they did show NiviPam promoting. In the earlier scene Anupam is with Moloy in the office and finds out Prerna is in the hospital and in the last scene he is with Nivi at BB promoting the new series 😳

I don’t have any expectations from Veena and Shivani so I don’t care much about their reactions😆
