Perception matters in the game. Mahira gave him letter, sacrificed her chance even though she knows she is one weak player, gets less votes

In return , Asim destroys letter to make himself captain when he anyways knows he is very strong .

Who will look better ?

I agree it doesn’t look good on Asim. However I was thinking some points.

1 - This good gesture and deed would have ended just there. It would not have been fruitful. Once Paras comes back Mahira would not remember any of it and again influenced by Paras she would have called him names and fought with him. For a minute I thought what if he gave it to her and Paras too would have created a soft spot for him but I don’t think that’s Paras’s nature.

2 - Mahira gets saved one way or another. She has been so far quite frankly by making good bonds in the house and some serious luck cause’ she’s one of their weaker links now. Asim does not have that colours ka ashirvaad.

3 - Plus Asim is kind of playing alone now. He has very little support. Why shouldn’t he look after his interest. Mahira has Sana, Sid and Paras who would or could easily make her captain again. Nobody is helping make Asim captain. He’s helped others though and he plays all tasks really well.

Besides he did his one good deed and gave one letter to Arti. He’s the only one who gave a letter. Everyone else destroyed it. Except for Mahira of course.

So in the end I thought whilst it really would have looked very kind and nice of him to not destroy the letter it made sense.

Btw...how backstabbed.??.. Bhau and shefali shared a bond...on contrary, Asim and mahira couldn't develop any attachment. Yes Mahira game emotional brownie points and it's good for her to stay but, Asim gain game brownie points which I like.

Game bahut badaa hai. It's not related to captaincy. Big players have eye on title . Asim shukla are big players.

Mahira top 5 mein nahi jaayegi wo sabko pata hai. But this sacrifice will register as it was a game changer . Mahira agar top 7 mein bhi pahunch jaati hai, it will be a huge achievement 4 her.

it went down as Mahira gave him and immdtly next chance was his and he said no one did for him! That played against him! He didn’t have to announce what he wants to do during the start of the game!
he is bad at keeping words! There is nothing wrong in playing game but he should have handled it better

He was preaching Shefali also , bcs she wanted to be a captain again , he was shouting at Shefali as if she has done crime by not giving letter to him 😆

His reason for giving letter to Arti was Ye suru Se yaha hai , mahira bhi suru Se ho thee

I get your point and it makes complete sense.

But if I look at Asim game, the only thing which can give him assurity right now is captaincy. Immunity. He doesnot know he is a big player... Kia n btaya usko yeh?
