I have said even in this topic that those 2 pushes were wrong.

Devoleena ye bhi bolti hai ke sid Dil ka bohot acha hai, aap ospe bhi thora sa focus karein kabhi.

And it was never about pasta, it was about stealing after being well aware of the consequences. It was about sugar coating the truth and eventually denying that you ever did something wrong whereas it was Rashmi's idea to steal pasta.
