I understand Rohit wants Sona to be in good terms with his mom, but again he shouldn't have high expectations that things will be hunky dory between his mom and Sona always. They will have differences in opinions and will clash, so its no point having these expectations.

I can see a situation where Rohit will might have to choose between his mom and Sona
