Yes, that stat above is about 47% in US and 70% in Canada. We live in a world of dual careers...how you make it work is up to the couple to decide.

Dual career tar common ahe , even here. Part time in 2 places etc.

But then why to get married in the first place?, i wonder for how many weeks were they together, before he left.

If we have to believe TimesNOW, Ajit Pawar had officially been made the leader of NCP earlier by a letter to Governor. Which means if he issues a whip to all his legislators to vote on a particular basis they will have to do so or face disqualification.

It only remains to be seen if Sharad Pawar was covertly behind this drama or Amit Shah caught the wily Sharadrao by surprise. The former seems to be more of a possibility.

I don't think Sharad Pawar has anything to do with this. His 'pulod' days are long over and he won't make the same mistake at this point of his career. It seems to be a rumour planted on purpose by BJP to create the impression that it was Pawar who wanted this. But in last 24 hours Pawar seems to have successfully dispelled that impression.

By dual career I meant both spouses with career goals.

Watched 'Bala' last night. Good movie with some really good actors and dialogues. I was surprised to see Deepika Chikhalia who played Devi Sita in the original Ramayan serial many years back.
