Pooja Sharma got married to the director of her show Tu Mera Hero Pushkar Pandit on February 22, 2016 after dating him briefly. The two fell in love with each other on the sets of the show and got married soon after.

On a side note, they were airing Friday's repeat telecast and Dad caught a glimpse of it. He doesn't watch PB regularly but was shocked to find out Hanita died. The first thing he said was "I don't think they died" and then went on to say how in ITV, no one truly dies. Even if they fall from high cliffs, they'll still come back. 😆
