I don't know what all happened between you and others nor is it any of my concern ... All I'll say is if the forum is bothering you to this extend take a break! Also look for support from your friends and family than out here .... if you don't have anyone to talk to and if you're genuinely in need of help try one of those helplines - if a student try getting help on campus from teachers and counselors .. It seems many have tried to help you via PMs but you seem to be taking it tad too personally and reading more into what wasn't even meant or intended ... hence making it worse for yourself and others!

So do take a break if forum is making your anxiety worse. I do suffer from anxiety issues too, that's why I limit forum interactions to what I can handle ... Also try not going back and forth with arguments, if you find someone is attacking you report the post and move on ... Don't take it personally becoz end of the day it's JUST a forum and people you'll never meet ... And keep interactions with those who are receptive to you ... Most of the time I do that and it keeps my anxiety in check! :)

I don't know your intentions nor do I know what you're going through, but if you ever feel you really need to talk to someone and don't have anyone else, you can always PM me! 🤗
