As of now, Madhuri is too old, Kareena too glam and superficial, I think Deepika has the looks and depth to carry off the role though my first choice was Yami Gautam

It's not about the looks alone, that's just 1 part of it. The main thing is whether an actress has the acting chops to carry it off, because it's a biopic, at the end of the day. Yami Gautam would have been the perfect choice, she has the looks as well as acting chops

As already mentioned in another thread, I stick to my opinion, a younger Madhuri would have been an apt choice but not now. And for the rest of girls, a big NO.

Kareena as Madhubala, why stop there, serve me horseshit saying its Hyderabadi Biryani.

She has done photoshoots with the look and there is some resemblance.. obviously her normal pics won't be similar coz makeup, hairstyle n overall look of the era would be different..

Regarding acting as someone mentioned..we never know till we see..she can audition
