Garima is worried too much about her daughters. Khushi as Anjali said has already done what she could for the family by marrying Arnav but now it's up to her how she leads her life with Arnav. Yes Akash is a threat to her marriage but Garima should trust Khushi to not act on her feelings. A baby isn't going to fix anything if they aren't committed to each other.

I completely agree with you, that Manohar mayn't be correct in assessing the situation at PSP, because Viraj is a sly fox.

Garima is overly practical and cynical, hence the decision to have a baby.
