Chapter 18 has twists galore

So Yashwant and Manohar are trying to help each other with their sons. The close friends have problematic kids. While Arnav is more principled than Viraj, he is at present driven by the demons of his past and unable to make the right decisions. So Manohar wants to try and pry Viraj away from PSP and give him a way to earn his place in NSP while trying to ensure that Arnav doesn’t get a ticket in PSP. Both Manyash know that Shyam is the person who is the one steering the PSP ship. Let us see if the friends are successful to change the scenario now. Knowing Viraj, I am sure that he will not agree to Yash’s advice but go all out against the Kapoors using this opportunity that has fallen in his lap. Viraj is in PSP not for the political seat but to be in power and mint millions and knows that will not be possible in NSP under his father’s watchful eye

As Yash correctly pointed out, if Arnav finds out about their plan, he will surely kill Manohar. Manohar is making too many assumptions here and most importantly underestimating Viraj.

Viraj’s main goal is not just an entry back into NSP, but he wants full power.

Arnav is a different ball game all together. He has his own plans. He spoke about some poor and innocent. His main purpose to join PSP is to truly serve. He made up his mind and he involved himself too deeply in to these matters.

Coming to the update:

Story is getting so interesting chapter by chapter…
I loved the fact that Arnav has started thinking like a matured person.
Looks like Arnav is stronger than we thought him to be..
Anjali is starting to come up as a strong character in the story.
It would be interesting to see her choose between Shyam and Vidur.

And Garima is behaving like any other caring mother. I do not see any fault in her character yet.

Waiting for the story to unfold more..

No, its not you. The rules for buddy listings has changed and hence, you will see them in alphabetical order, lower case to upper case. 😆

First of all thanks for the awesome update. Manohar is very mean in removing arnav from PSP through a twisted way. I am in total agreement with Garima's thoughts. By rules anjali should pick vidur but I think there must be some twist and she will pick shyaam. So Akash got to know about Natasha bomb. And last there is not much interaction between arshi today.

She is like any other mother trying to get the best for her children. She has seen the life that she had with Shashi. Though she could have found solace in the fact that her husband has the intangible wealth of righteousness and principles, she chose to cry over her fate where she did not have the riches that she wanted. She has seen the gruesome end that her husband faced and blamed the same righteousness and principles for this.

Now she wants to secure the future of her daughters for which I don’t blame her. Arnav is a better bet than Akash who is never going to go against Priya’s wishes. Priya wanted a better DIL for her blue eyed boy Akash than Khushi. Garima somehow must have sensed this and now we know why she asked Khushi to marry someone who loves her rather than someone she loves. Being a mother, I feel Garima is shrewd enough to understand the turmoil in Khushi’s heart which probably she can see in her eyes, a confusion. Khushi has recently been subjected to Akash’s so called pre-existing affections and is at a very vulnerable stage. She hence does not want Khushi to jeapordise the marriage with Arnav. Her solution is simple that a child will stabilize Arhi relation at this point in time and also show the public at large that all is well with Arnav and his wife. Moreover the entry of a child at this point in time will establish Arnav as a family man and give an impetus to his career.

Khushi rightly needs time to understand Arnav fully and hence doesnot want to have a child at this point in time and complicate the things. Anju is mature enough to understand what her mother is hinting at. She too feels that Khushi’s confusions will be laid to rest once she is distracted from her feelings (if any) for Akash with the news of her impending motherhood.

Let us see how Khushi reacts to Anju’s well meaning advice to wholeheartedly accept Arnav as her life partner. I feel even Anju will realise that Khushi’s Dil and Dimaag are at odds as far as Akash is concerned.
