Q.We've come on KKB sets after so long. How do you feel upon the completion of 1500 episodes?

Shabir: It's wonderful to have completed 1500 episodes. Wonderful how me met, then separated, met again, separated again and so on. 😆

Sriti: It's like us and the media.

Shabir: For 1200 episodes, we were just searching for each other. Now we met and you are here.

Q: The leap that happened and Abhi-Pragya finally met, even now there are a few misunderstandings.Now what are they misunderstanding each other about?

Shabir: If they had met at home, there would be romance.

Sriti: we romance as per location. Yeah location dekh ke mood pakadte hai.

Shabir: now they are at the police station.Either its kidnappers sometimes or terrorists other times.It's a weird story.

Sriti: AC is also not running.

Shabir: 😆Yeah.

Sriti: which is why we are not romancing also.

Q: What happened that the matter came upto the police station?

Shabir: Jhagda nahi hua hai, kuch log mar gaye hai. Choti si baat hai. (They didn't fight, some people died. It's a very small thing.) Hamare show mein aisa hi hota hai.But the important thing is we both met.

Q: You both met but are they going to fight again?

Shabir: Do din maze karte hai na. Do din maze karte hai phir uske baad..we will stay apart for many years. then we get to know we have kids.

Q: It's been 1500 episodes. How many times you guys got married?

Shabir: Separation at least 15000 times. Just now we shot another separation scene. We got married 3 times i think.

Sriti: too many times. officially 3 times i think. Even if someone else was getting married, we find a way to get married there ourselves. 🤣

Q: One of the longest running tv shows on indian tv.

Sriti: Thank you.

Shabir: It's because of them only. if not for them, then we would have wrapped after 250 episodes.Thanks for giving us so much love. Thanks for bearing us. we stayed apart for 1200 episodes out of 1500 episodes. But you guys still put up with us.

Q: What plans to celebrate this?

Shabir: Nothing. No plans to celebrate 1500 episodes in a big way..When a cricketer makes 100 runs, then they celebrate. After finishing 1500 runs, they just show the bat. This is that. When we finish 2000 may be then we will celebrate more.

Q: What's your age after so many leaps?

Shabir: Am Benjamin and she's button. we are aging in reverse.

Shabir: Am 26, she's 18.
