Abhiya, IFM....gals calm down. After today's ME, i am almost sure that we are heading towards a confrontation between Anu & Basus, especially Mohini. And what bada reason can lead to it that loosing the baby. The baby need not be born alive. With the way they have revived the show, i don't think SP will take a risk like this any soon. So, chill.

But , i am not able to be fully positive abt this, the way she got in komolika and trying to prove she is a hit with more screen space and dialogues ( amna is doing a great job ), chances are more for her other failed track to be brought in

Even if baby comes, which at this point seems likely, I don't think the story will go down the same baby killing track, since Ekta herself is a mother now. And she's a superstitious woman. I don't feel she will kill the baby.

As for trying to bring her flop track again, already we are seeing the effects of that. I doubt the show is ever going to recover from it. And after showing Anupre story all over again and making the audience connect all over again in this track, they cannot even dream of attempting a different Jodi.

So baby or no baby, koi aaye ya jaaye, Jodi toh sirf ek hi rahegi: anurag aur prerna ki.

Other failed track may repeat IFM. Especially if the show is going to run atleast till December 2020 or longer. Because what next after this track? What's the next kasautii? Will they bring a brand new character in this reboot or try their earlier character again? Or will the show end with this track, even if they stretch it for a long time. I doubt option 3 will happen.
