The dialogues given off-late to komolika are really demeaning, it might come across as fun to some, but tbh, I find it offensive.

Examples are - Mohini should get Botox done, Mohini ate rasogullas and became fat , so she needs to hit the gym. I find these quite insulting. The last time i found something very offensive was when Prerna came back to Basu house claiming her rights as Anurag's wife and komolika said, you look ugly, I wish you loose your hands and legs - something along those lines.

There is a clear line of difference as to what can be a troll and what cannot be. To say an example, there were dialogues during bajajs track trolling both Bajaj and Anurag's fans - that was not offensive.

Komolika's dialogues needs that evilness, and plotting, not the filthy dialogues of oh so modern vamp.

@Bold I remember they were really degrading dialogues, she called Prerna ugly and threatened to break her legs and hands so that none will even see her.

@Italic Yes harmless trolling dialogues both guys used to say without making it cheap.

Seriously dialogues of this show sometimes gets too ugly especially for women.

Well Kzk ka darr nahi hona chahiye because except for one show all SP shows are in same range with trps and there are shows with trps less than Kzk and slot leader show too in just .1-.2 difference.

Exactly abhiya, it's sounds more like verbal abuse , people create a hoopla out of the slaps shown, but this kinda dialogues are much more cheap than such slaps

I'm really on the fence with regards to the body shaming dialogues by Komo...

On the one hand because Komo as a character is supposed to be one who is obsessed with her looks and is a big narcissistic, so it makes sense to me that she judges people on their looks. For according to her, looks are every. It's her point of pride and the very essence of her character.

But on the other hand, in a society like India where we are already judged on our looks. Where girls even today hear comments like your are too thin/fat, dark, too old etc etc, shaadi ke liye accha Ladka kaise milega..... In such a society, maybe these body shaming dialogues can be avoided. I get it that they're attempting to make this Komo witty and mean. And to be be honest, they're mostly successful. Her one liners are mostly bang on. But these body shaming ones can probably be avoided or atleast not be so frequent.

There is an interview of Eri in some Marathi newspaper/magazine where she is talking about pregnant & working women. So, it looks like the story is now moving in the direction of Prerna being an independent woman and Anu trying on his own to regain his lost memory. With Aamna to stay, i feel that this is going to be a 6month track and hence the dragging.
