Shivika ki toh baat hi kuch aur hai! How I miss these two! They are such a mood lifter. Anytime I feel in need of a pick me up I watch some scene from your drive and it never fails to lift my mood and make me feel nice and warm inside. And their scenes never get old. Kitni bhi baar dekhlo. No matter how it ended, this legacy of Shivika will always remain and override all the rest. Thankfully.

Actually mera bhi Mahi track pe hi hai. At the start of it. Beech mein with Diwali and all time nahin mila dekhne ka. But on You tube I stumbled upon the Champa ride clip. So couldn’t resist watching the jungle track wale scenes from your drive. Watched the whole lot :). Now will watch again when I come to it after the Mahi track. But I think I am going to have FF this part a lot. PriVeer mujhse dekha nahi jata. Nor Kameeni. Even Mahi ka overdose hi tha but when there is no tension about whether he is here to stay (like there was in the first watch) maybe it won’t be as bad. 😆

This watch is more fun for me in a way because this time I am watching on TV from the Amazon Firestick on Hotstar. Earlier I had watched it all on the laptop. And I am surprised that I am still enjoying it considering that I have watched the scenes from your drive so many times. But mostly on the phone.

LOL Mera case is also kinda similar. This is the first time I’m watching all epis on TV since I have Hotstar now. I didn’t have it when the show was in it’s good phase. lol tab sab laptop pe hi dekha 😆

So watching it on TV on a bigger screen now is a different experience. It’s still enjoyable in a different way even though we know the story backwards and forwards having watched the scenes so many times otherwise 😆

LOL I chanced upon another random clip of that Jinn show in my TL.

There was some Bole Choodiyaan sequence and some CGI eagle was dancing 😳🤣🤣🤣

And then the girl’s choodiyaan turned blue 🙄🙄. Waah how “cute”....kya bakwaas bhara padaa hai Tv pe yaar.

Bakwaas ki koi kami nahin hai.....but apparently people are enjoying the "desi harry potter" vibes in this lame shit......end of the day, tackiness sells.....lol log kuch bhi dekhenge as long as it's on TV. Gul isn't even trying with basic story also anymore.....bas random "magic" and lame CGI se pura episode banaa rahe hain.

Considering all the stuff on TV these days I think we got lucky that OG Shivika managed to retain their sense and uniqueness in spite of all the randomness around them.

Aaj I watched this wala epi and felt like gif-ing this scene.....hadn't managed to gif it when the scene aired in real time😆

So many good dialogues....again one of those scenes which reiterated the essential character traits that set Anika apart....the fierce sense of independence...not being used to taking help from anyone...always used to facing life on her own, wiping her own tears, healing her own hurts....considering help or sahaara from anyone a sign of dependency....of weakness.....and the way Shivaay would temper it by pointing out the difference between 'sahaara' and 'saath'.....so many lovely gems scattered across this journey......it's these traits of theirs that kept me hooked for so long.

I was even feeling nostalgic for the weird camera angles and extreme close-ups that Lalit Mohan saab used to bless us with😆

Word😆.....they were a miracle, however long they managed to last in the face of so much trash and Gul ka prakop.....pata nahin kaise bache rahe but jitna bhi mila, much thanks to the TV gods for that😆

We definitely got lucky cuz we have such a long journey to savor and revisit with such a RANGE of scenes for Shivika.....no other fandom ever got this lucky😆

*Edit: Re the keeda....lol nahin, yeh mainly started from QH....I think that's when she first did all that weird supernatural shit of daayans, werewolves and pata nahin kya kya.....DBO was just random science experiments with Svetty😆.....Nazar is Gul's successful supernatural show so now she's trying to replicate that again....but this lame attempt at "magic" in this show is way lamer than even that Nazar show....lol I didn't know it was possible.

Oh and did I forget to mention? Even random "angel statues" were also dancing to Bole choodiyaan😕😆
