Always baffles me when people say this, "so and so deserves better". We, sitting behind our computer screens know better than the actual real life people who's life it actually is. Such strange thinking. I actually think after the turmoil that was her relationship with RK towards the end, and taking proper time to be single and sorting herself out, Katrina is fully aware of what she does and does not want in a relationship. Her being with Vicky is not an impulsive nor thoughtless choice, believe you me.

And anyone who didn't have their heads buried in the sand could have seen this drip-drop reveal coming. I have no problem with the pr aspect of it, pr isn't always about self promotion it's also about publicity management. We've come to think of it as a negative/bad thing but it's actually much needed when in the public eye. The public can't, and shouldn't, know every last thing at the exact moment anything is happening.

Katrina needs Vicky for building her brand desperately even if that comes at her personal expense. I don't think Vicky will get anyone better than Katrina either.
