There is a lot goes when this kind of event happens for example what happened with prerna's character during baja pre-marriage. She says her reasons to not show much on TV is because of the kind of audience watching the show, especially where mother, daughter, father and other members of the family are present with you. As an individual, you don't want others to know that you actually believe that you support affair outside marriage and stuff like that etc. She knows that what is good content and she tries to break stigma but fails so on TV platform hence the introduction of ALT and web show.

I think she is right as much as we new generation support good content and mature content there is still set of TV audience who sits and watches it and believes those as crimes only because of the old stigma of our society.

She has nowhere mentioned about KZK in chat but i just thought about writing this. KZK is too off track i feel they do have good content or theme for it but lacks good writing consistency and good creativity to portrait this theme. Its just my thinking but maybe anu's fighting and anupre's togetherness (PEMA 😆/soulmate jap) was one such experiment they did to go against stigma. Maybe i could be wrong and it was just lazy writing but seeing her interview i left her thoughts were something else regarding the whole track but execution writing and connectivity was all bad.

Let me know what you guys think?

Crimes are always crimes. The point you mentioned about KZK theme of Pre marriage to Bajaj and then Anu's fighting even he knew that she's now married. Looks like a experiment which did'nt worked because this type of topics requires proper and good writing and scripting to portrait it which they lack in my thinking.

S1 stand out in this situation, they never allowed Anu to go and fight for Pre. He's just sit and pray for her happiness when she left him and married Bajaj. Well they just made a reason for this time, because that sacrifice thing is not out for so long so Anu fighting here is pretty much justified.

Everyone support good and mature content is totally right, because this is all we want, but supporting EMA, i don't think these is a single maturity thing in there.

The good example i have is currently running Pak show MPTH. They just nailed it in when it comes to content.

Happened to watch EP1 of previous season 2 days back and the difference in how the first episode in both seasons were treated is the biggest hint EK has given to the viewers on how this season is going to be. The main difference is the Durga pooja pandal in S2 EP 1 and the related incidents that happen there. This time in the first episode itself, EK has shown a chunri falling on AnuPre with the Pandit's words in the background that Maa protects her children and that she ruins everything when she gets angry, is the biggest give away that this time the main focus will be on AnuPre only. And the fact that the initial episodes were reshooted on EK's instruction and that was why the initial telecast date of Sep 10 was shifted to Sep 25, can be a hint that this time EK indeed wanted to share the story of AnuPre over any other couple. Who knows.... probably that would be why she casted Hina who had date issues as Komo initially and married actors like KSG & Aamna as Bajaj & Komo, as she didn't want AnuPre to be overshadowed by any other pair. Trying to give EK a benefit of doubt after watching the difference in how Anu, Pre & even AnuPre were treated in the first episodes of both seasons.
