SP's two new launches failed in trps and Kasautii revived their 8PM slot, show is just .1-.2 difference from slot leader so not a big deal and more over they don't have any potential new show to get this slot😆

Does a channel run a Show for long, despite bad ratings, although it is a slot leader?

Yes it does slot leadership is one of the important aspect for channels it helps them in overall channel rankings.

Foreign bodies will keep on coming and going again and again, that's the theme of the show. But this time, It's komo who is anything but a threat to Anupre as a couple, for many fans, so this track could do wonders if handled well, is what I think.
