More than any sindhoor, law, contract, society bla bla bla...in today's world, what should and does matter is the consent of the two adults who r getting married. Aise toh bhaag k shaadi karne walo k marriages will never be considered because no society is witness to it. It is u who tell the society through Ur words and actions that u r married and society believes it. Anu put sindhoor in prerna's maang with her happiness and consent and understanding of what that means...in front of the God. If Parth and Erica too share this happiness, consent and understanding, then we r ok with it😆

🤣 It doesn't matter whether komo is anurags wife or not..if she claims and proves and in the serial she is accepted then she IS his first wife. Just as prerna became anurags dhaga wife.

Two people in love don't need marriage to bind them, they don't marry for themselves, they are already together, marriage is done for society and law.

When Anurag put that sindoor in her head, he didn't say that he is marrying her, they were getting married the next day, it takes more than Sindoor for a marriage to take place, people who run away are intelligent enough to do complete marriage rituals according to their religion or they get married in court. It's not a joke like putting sindoor in head, that too before Prerna and Bajaj's divorce papers are filed in a court.

To prove their marriage they need a witness, proof of wedding day (Pictures) etc.

No. My point was generally when they show marriage rituals on television, these marriage rituals are not complete. They don't recite correct mantras, they don't do pheras in correct order, Hindu Marriage is way more than Sindoor and mangalsutra.

But according to the TM, all it takes is a man filling hairline of a woman in front of Devi ma, then all this happened between Parth and Erica too, I am not saying that they are married or KSG married Erica etc. I am saying that it is more than sindoor in head and therefore these people are not married like AnuPre are not married

I don't think just because you have not registered your marriage it becomes illegal. There r many couples in real world too who don't legalise their marriage just because they don't deem it necessary. Legalisation of marriage is required only in case u want to fight a legal battle on that ground. Yes you are right marriage doesn't become nullified if it's not registered but from 2014 registration of marriage is compulsory acc. to hindu marriage Act.

This show has made quite a joke out of Hindu marriage rituals...so I don't think even debating on what's valid and what's not makes sense.

Anyways, all these things happen only in KZK land. Nothing will remain valid if tomorrow they're challenged in the court of law.

Hmm... did they show AnuKomo divorce? Otherwise she does have enough legal ground to stand on and say she is *still* the wife, cuz they got married in front of society, and they took the pheras which is most significant for Hindu marriage...? It seems that’s the angle they are going for.

Historically, people ofc got married without any legal repercussions, but that was dependent on society or family, or at least two or more people who can corroborate a that said people got married. By that logic AnuPre first marriage would be null?

Yeah, if that is proved we will accept it too. And here, I don't have issue with either of komo or prerna being his wife. My issue, as always, is with the writers and their zero consistency. Their logic is so lame...like some goodies r being distributed on first come first serve basis and people r standing in a queue. Last part of the goodies is remaining. First person standing in the queue leaves the queue for whatever reason, hence the second person becomes the first and claims the right on that last part of goodies.

Marriage doesn't work like that. Just because the first marriage breaks eventually, the second marriage done before that separation doesn't become first, hence valid. It was always invalid and will always remain so. Marriage done after the separation can be valid, such as bajaj's.
