If the Raghbir's name is not on the deed of the house, then automatically his signature will not be needed. However, Raghbir is the owner of that company, he is the majority shareholder, he was also the CEO.

quite possible but isn't it strange name of all senior Malhotras were there except Raghbir.....he was the one who is running the business and a big proporion of their yearly income is earned by Raghbir.....and his name was not there but Harshit ka tha😕??????

one more question how can investerss pressurize the CEO of the company to leave his post because they have seen him in fight club or in a bar with some girl??????what difference it makes to them??????i mean its Raghbi's private life.....he can do whatever he wants in his personal life......they should bother about his business calibre right.....how well he can use their investment and give them profit.....they cannot rule his personal life naa....what was that?????

Erm.. I don't think that's weird; a lot of rich people buy properties in their kids' name. A property might be on one of their kids' name and not the other.

It depends on whether the company is a public limited or private limited company. If it's a public limited company then perhaps it could definitely affect the shares' performances and investors levels of trust in the CEO's executive abilities. The board does have obligation towards their share holders and stake holders.

It was good , got to see praghbir after a long time (i think its just 3- 4days praghbir was missing but it look as its week n months😭) together though it was a dream sequence from both side but they were together in todays episode .overall a good balanced episode.

Please watch it its worth n balanced episode.
