you're right hajj se pehle bhi hamare per woh farayz hai jiski toh maafi bhi nhi .. namaz. May Allah grant us hidayat , and make everybody follow sirat e mustaqeem. I am sad coz many times in prayer I don't really feel what I am doing, my mind goes elsewhere, also in roza , sometimes my tounge slips. Even in Hijj I had tough time trying to ignore those ppl who disturbed me. Our lives are full of tests, it is not easy to keep imaan strong, and stop doing mistakes. Sometimes niyyat achchi but sulook achchi nahih hai. 😒

Those faqeehs who allowed women to go in group to perform hijj, compare hadeeths, they studied many of them to come to a result , which is that hijj is not like any other travel. It is rukn in Islam. Having a mehram isnt a condition to do Hajj or Umrah but only to travel. The point is that a person should concentrate on following Islamic rulings before performing Hajj as they are more important.

@red . Very beautifully said. It is Allah ki karam that women are treated in a different way because they are weak, and their physiology is different. We don't do namaz in period , also we don't do roza in that case but we have to do qaza after that. We don't have to do Hijj if we don't have mehram. It shows how mercifull is Allah. And how blessed we are because we are muslims.🤗Alhamdulillah.

As you said it. It depends on intention. I have a friend who lived with her mom , they had no mehram. They went to Saudi Arabia to visit some relatives . When it was time for Hijj, they performed Hijj. I say if they travelled without mehram so they should perform hijj too , coz they where there already.😃

This year this friend lost her mom. She is now 40+ plus yrs, she went with a group to perform Umrah. She loves Allah, and feels peacefull in those Holy places. I know her intention must be right coz Allah helped her to be able to do Hijj and Umrah although she is poor. She always find ppl who help her.

Just saw the episode ...what a besharam aurat Mehwish is ! Any decent woman in her position would have slapped Shawar for lieing about the meeting ..how long has she even known Shawar ?!

You see, when Allah wants to invite someone to his house He will show them the way. People should be patient and have faith instead of finding illegal ways.

I don't think its must to settle your kids before going to hajj.

I took a course with a qualified ustazah who explained the fiqh regarding hajj and umrah from Quran and saheeh hadith.

We have to make sure we leave behind money for people who are dependant on us that includes children. Money for their clothes, food and shelter etc.

There wasn't any requirement about 40 neighbors etc or such. Although it is found in saheeh hadith that 40 houses from every dorection of one's home count as neighbors.

Btw I respect all the Imams and admire their contribution in interpreting the fiqh for common man. But as Imam Hanafi had said and I paraphrase, If we find a saheeh hadith against anyone of his interpretations , we should let go of that and follow the hadith.

I believe that Quran , saheeh Hadith , sunnah come before anything. Also references are important to transmit islamic knowledge.

Its not a requirement or a condition that you have to fulfil otherwise your hajj wont be complete but it is a responsibility and if you are torn between your childs marriage and hajj then its recommended to prioritize your children first
