War continued its steady run on the weekdays as it picked up 3.25-3.50 crore nett on Wednesday to take its second week total to 42.50 crore nett. It will be 46 crore nett apprx second week for War which is fourth fourth best second week for the film. Its a good result considering the heavy first week numbers for the film.
The film has done good numbers in places like Delhi / UP, East Punjab and Central India markets but they could have been better considering the action genre and the big cast of the film. the numbers in the Central circuits of CPCI and Rajasthan will stay below Kabir Singh and for action film like War they should have beaten Kabir Singh. Delhi / UP could also struggle to top Kabir Singh and Delhi / UP is normally the bets circuit for and action film. The apprx collections of the War (Hindi) are as follows.

War has smashed all records in West Bengal outside Bahubali - The Conclusion. The film has collected 22 crore nett in the circuits in fifteen days which is far ahead of any other outright Hindi film. The film was aided by Durja Puja in week one when it collected a huge 17 crore nett plus total with insane collections in the Kolkata multiplexes with the national chain multiplexes averaging around 40 lakhs nett in the city.
The film will not reach the numbers of Bahubali - The Conclusion but it could hit the 25 crore nett mark and no other Hindi film has crossed 20 crore nett in the circuit. The best figures this year before War was Kabir Singh at 13.38 crore nett and War will do almost double the business of that film in West Bengal. The Gross figures will also be second best for War as there is not a huge difference in tax rates in West Bengal with the shift from Entertainment tax to GST.
