Who? The actors? MAMI was going through funding problem a few years back.. jab woh ek serious film fest hua karta tha. Then Aamir, Kaka, and others. including directors and producers, from that gang helped it raise fund.. Not sure whether Nita Ambu started funding and controlling the fest on their insistence. So since then MAMI made it glossy, started inviting mainstream BW actors to grab the eyeballs... Actors also attend coz it's good PR.
