Very well written post Grace..also in the promo Anu says hum phr se sath honge agar tum sath do...so might be we get anupre fighting together like the first foreshadowing..pre getting married to b was the second one where she thought that she can alone handle the situation...the promo, the first foreshadowing and also Anu told her during that tym that till the time he is alive he will ensure she is happy...n in yesterday's episode he did asked her lab Tak main tumhare aansoo pochhunga mujhe bhi tumhe khush dekhna hai ...🤞🤞🤞 I hope this tym we get anupre fighting together...

I like your approach. I think at the end of the day, at least what I think I’ve been led to believe, Prerna and Anurag have to get together. Whoever Anurag is at the moment is not the Anurag I want with Prerna and viceversa. They both need to examine themselves and TALK to each other about the Kasautis they’ve been through together and actually understand/ express what they mean to each other. That can only happen if these two people aren’t some caricatures who sway because of third person is pulling their strings. But then again these two don’t tell each other their problems. If you love someone, the first step is to trust them. It’s extremely unfair to the other person if the decisions are made individually because then what’s even the point of being in a relationship? It would be incredible if Prerna is really plotting to prove Anurags innocence right under Bajajs nose. Your logic does make sense since Prerna doesn’t even feel an ounce of feeling towards Bajaj. Every “close moments” they’ve had have been situational. And I love that and it gives me hope that Prerna might be cooking something.
It would also be refreshing to see Prerna being her own hero and kind of telling off Anurag about regurgitating the same bullshit over and over again instead of trying to get to the bottom of why Prerna must have married Bajaj in the first place. At the end of it all, I’m here for Prerna living up to her full potential. I miss the happy-go-lucky Prerna we saw in the beginning of the show. Bring her back again.

One of Prerna’s dialogue didn’t make sense to me but your post has given me some perspective on it🤗

I am excited for the upcoming track but also want to keep my expectations and excitement low. There is so much potential to show what Anurag will do now, since Mr. Bajaj is not fighting fair and using Prerna as his shield. I want to see how Prerna is going to handle this situation, for now she is giving the impression of being naive, but is she really?

Grace a well written post. Strange and sad isn’t it that a TM has to request a fan base not turn a post into a war zone? Every one is entitled to have their POV that makes it interesting to read diff points of view.

Coming to Pre, when Komo was around Pre fought for her rights until CVs had to nullify AnuPre as a couple to make room for Baj’s entry. They painted him a dark shadow right off the bat worse than Komo in some ways, yet the same Pre who fought Komo was more a docile victim in Baj’s game. It’s about time she gives Baj a taste of medicine a long time coming to him.

I would be happiest to see Prerna being the one playing Bajaj in his own game, not for TRPs , not for anyone else but for herself. I want her to give it back to Bajaj for all the cheap activities, he is doing around her, smooching and ogling At her breaking the apparent "deal". It's upto her to decide what she wants to do next, would love if she is back as Prerna Sharma.

Anurag can just use his brains, and unravel the truth about the marriage and about mr Bajaj.

And yeah, I do remember Anurag saying come back by breaking all these ties on your own, so that is another dialogue that can point towards Pre playing this game.

You be in hope. I ain't buying it at the end show has the worst CV and writer ever who have make kachra of all 3 lead. Especially Bajaj with hippocrates dialogue and Pre with contradicting action.

I have no hope. Most stupidity written show ever. I regret each day on y the hell Did I started to watch a ITV crap again. My last very for sure. Litreally I never though ITV run this badly.

Adding my two cents to your already wonderful post.

You are right - her selflessness towards her loved ones, her forgiving nature and her naivety may not be understandable when we look at the solutions she adopt to tackle problem at hand. But it happens because she is a girl who thinks mostly with her heart rater than her heart. Hence, she comes across as naive and even stupid to the viewers. However, Prerna as a character before the current comedy circus was a self-respecting, introspective person. She was also shown as someone who carved her own destiny despite her other flaws. Two cases in point here.

The first being Navin Babu's track. Prerna did decide to marry Navin to save her home. At the hindsight it looks like a very impulsive and silly decision and it was. However, even then she was strong - she was driven. she had a backup plan to complete her study, get a job and pay Naveen Babu's loan to eventually salvage herself out of a very distasteful situation. In addition, she never ever let the creep Navin play with her dignity and self-respect. The TRP of the Show during this track was pretty good, at least for a new show.

Next during Komolika's time she gathers the broke pieces of her heart, gathers herself and decides to fight back both with Komo and Anu rather than moping after the most callous heartbreak. Not only does she foil Komo's every plan, she also ends up exposing Komo's true face. During this track she utilized her grey cells amply and took the reins of her destiny in her own hands. True that she faced humiliations and abuses from Anurag, his family and Komolika, yet she remianed stoic and rock solid in her stance. In short the Prerna during this track showed both grit and determination.The ratings were decent and not abysmal as it is now even during this track.

We can argue that another common aspect in both the scenarios was AnuPre's partnership which was explicit in the former and implicit during the latter track. But since this is not the point of discussion of the thread, I will just leave it here.

Prerna of late has been reduced to a zombie who functions on an auto-pilot. She lets both the males in her life play mind games with her and pull her strings like she is a puppet on each of their hands. Her identity has been reduced to Bajaj's trophy wife or Anurag's soulmate or Kuki's caretaker. Does either of us identify with this FL who is letting anyone and anything navigate her life when she used to be the master of her own fate before? No we don't. Thus the disconnect.

Hence, it is high time that the Prerna takes the driving seat and steer her fate to the direction she wants. So, she needs to expose Bajaj and even tell Anurag to go to hell. She needs to do it for herself as well as her child. She needs to be whole again- mentally and emotionally. Anurag and Bajaj both can take a hike and go to hell. It should be her choice who she wants in her life and who she doesn't. A strong Prerna is the only light at the end of the tunnel to salvage the Show as we have seen in the previous tracks.

The makers, writers and directors need to make this happen soon...

Have actually felt this can strongly happen since she woke up in the middle of the night halfway through Bajaj-Anurag's conversation. Bajaj and Prerna are going to separate. Sooner or later. Probably, this is how it'll go down. Will also make a lot of sense.

We'll probably have Komo-Bajaj and Anu-Pre on either sides then. Finally the show will move.
