No actually I think practically she senses that Rohit is terribly guilty of what happended to Raima and living with this guilt is difficult

Rohit will never be able to forgive himself until Raima is ok and till then most probably won't be able to move ahead in life .

Raima needs Rohit and Sonakshi is stepping back so that Rohit can assuage his guilt
