Pre didn't prepare kada but Anu is right she showed her concern for him first time by suggesting him to drink kada on phone..So, He was right and goofed up a little..

Shivani and Veena knew that Moloy and Rajesh wanted AnuPre to get married.. They had a convo about this during Anushka engagement.. So the point here was to let Pre know about her father's wish..

But I don't know how Anu got to know about Komo, Moloy and Rajesh convo but we can assume Mishka told him as she knew about that..😆
