I am so glad he didn't hurt her and was actually always considerate of her needs. I think the CVs butchered his character towards the end by showing all that violence but who knows?!
Even I'm glad that she wasn't raped or anything but I honestly can't connect the Ashok we saw to the one she's describing. The absolutely vile things he did to her, it's the complete opposite of what she just described him as being.

Ashok being nice makes so much more sense. And it's so real. It's like no one's inherent bad. Circumstances made him a devil. And Ashok being a normal human defines all the insecurities of Babita till date.
Today was JUST SO PERFECT. I GOT NO WORDS.
They build up tons and tons of siyappasm and clear it up in a flash.
DAMN. DAMN. DAMN.
Mann se khush aaj toh.
Finally, I felt this was a real PB episode.
Ashnoor was so good in the first scene, she never fails to amaze me with her poise and her expressive eyes.

This is what I can't understand either. The way he behaved with Babita didn't display an ounce of love for her. It was just one constant abuse after another. It's almost as if she was speaking about a completely different Ashok than the one we saw. 😕
Yeah but maybe they were trying to show that Ashok 2.0 had been with Meeta for 10 years, he wasn't the Ashok that Babita had known before.
As always, the CVs want us to become Sherlock Holmes and keep guessing, did they or didn't they?
The way the scene played out, it could go either way and they have left an opening for them to explore this later.
They love to do that... Hum yaha matha phosi kare ki hua ki nahi...

Verbally we saw it but physically they could have just indicated by a hug or forehead kiss then the scene would have been complete n magical. I don't think it would have made scene unrealistic but more complete .I don't know what's the problem.
I think they might instead show us day-to-day romance, holding hands, etc.

Idk, I'm just feeling disconnected to what Babita had said and what I saw of Ashok. I guess it's cuz I didn't watch those first 20 episodes or so. And tbh, I don't even have any interest of going back and watching them. I won't have the patience of watching Babita cry non stop.
I know initial episodes Babita was crying non stop...but yes if he was insane since beginning babita will never be this broken ...but she was broken by his betrayal and he loved her...
No wonder his posture was like that when he sat on the chair, upright, confident. AD is just fab with these little nuances. And now I know what he meant by his tweet that he would be listening!

Yes, and if you really think about it, this really is none of our business. Kuch to private rehne do unke beech. 😆
I think most of us are disappointed because we wanted to see AD in all his hotness.
Phir body kis liye bana raha tha? Would he ever pick her up? 😵
