I think if RB is indeed Moloy's son they will run that track along with P's pregnancy as parallels. Major problem us too much build up and too little pay off.

There is two ways this will go most likely.

One is bajaj knows he is starting to feel for P. He doesn't know what it is but Mehra was about to tell him it was love before P interrupted. Now the cellmate. Because of how they got married and all the bitterness, bajaj will want to keep a distance from her knowing she loves someone else. He pregnancy revelation will happen as well as bajaj innocence in the accident and P will see bajaj in a new light. The ex wife track will start with P pining for bajaj as he is for her.

The second option is bajaj freeing P and they have a brief separation. They won't get divorce and the pregnancy revelation happen with A doubting the baby and bajaj innocence come to light.

Either way bajaj said he wants to leave there with a clean slate. Symbolic for prerish relationship starting fresh and on a clean slate when bajaj innocence is proven.
