He was caught trying to break Sherin's egg. So if he is out, he get's 1 point and what ever might happen from now on, Mugen will get at least one more than him and both the table toppers now.

This is provided if he has to exit the task since he was caught, little doubtful about rule

I hate tharshan today for not hitting sandy’s blocks ..and hated sandy for not attacking kavin ...

At the end of the day it is obvious that sandy and kavin are one gang .. they will use Tharsh and mugin as scape goats if such situation arise..
