nahi SH ji, she handles it herself, she told me herself ..and also in one of her radiofm interview during Maatr's promotion she stated that herself to the interviewer that she replies to all tweets and messages herself and have no twitter team ...

Even in 2011 when she was trying to set twitter up, she asked me few technical things while setting it up.
