And so it begins..the angst phase of Mishbir's journey, the separation

*Spoilers for 17.09.2019 episode*

The fact that we got two scenes and moments today that hinted at Mishbir separation had me completely 💔 yet also excited for the same? Before you guys think I am a complete sadist, let me explain..

Every love story has their beautiful beginning, confession and then finally the union phase. However not all love stories really make you want to passionately root for the pair, only the greatest love stories do. What makes a love story great? One that has a beautiful angst phase where the two people who are truly meant for each other fight against all odds and come out as the winners, becoming a truly memorable and 'epic' love story. So yes I am sort of, kind of a little happy that we are getting one. Does that make me a sadist? I don't know. A little maybe? :P

But I'm a little surprised by the fact that the makers decided to actually give us clear hints at their separation before the actual phase. First they make a random dude( I still hate the guy btw😆) separate Mishbir's hands at the airport and then they give us the more significant hint, using one of the biggest elements that has always played a critical part in Mishbir's journey, the red-heart balloons and literally bursting them all while Abir watches on helpless( Abir's expressions there almost breaking my heart. Shaheer 👏 So good!).

If I'm not reaching too much which I believe I really am not at this point especially after watching the precap, I am both terrified and little excited about what they have planned for Mishbir. Precap was a little worrying with Abir asking Mishti to remember that he loves her and Mish in turn assuring him she'd never forget even if he does. Making me go, Why would you possibly forget something as important and life changing as that, you cute daft kids?😆 But then I remembered this beautiful promise they made each other...

Hain dagar Mushkil badi,

Ek aag ka bawandar bhi hain,

Par uss paar ek pyara sa ghar bhi hain.

Dar hain tujhe ki aisa na ho,

Ki sapne saare toot jaye,

Saat aane pe apne,

yaar humse root jaye,

Apne agar roote hue tho,

Has ke unhe manalenge,

Rakh bharosa pyaar par,

Hum woh pyaara sa ghar banalenge.

Because I believe in them and their love. My Mishbir will ensure they keep this promise to each other, come what may. So bring it on YRHPK🤗

Completely agree with you. It is not going to be an easy ride.. like you said Abir might be helpless to see his love being ridiculed.. just like how kunal did and is getting away so easily. He night start thinking shr is better off at her place than getting taunts everyday at rv House. Abir is emotionally weak.. so he can't handle ai much emotional pressure which is he used to run away.

Even I feel separation is needed for love to get stronger.. realize each other's worth.

Steve Jobs once said "Nothing worthwhile ever comes easy" and we all know that the love #Mishbir have for each other is worth surpassing any obstacle. Btw did you notice how 3 balloons still remained intact maybe that indicates that from elders #Mishbir will get support from BP,BM,Nanu/Baba in the future also in the other scene where the hand hold breaks Mish is ready to pounce on the guy while Abir calms her down indicating that she will fight back this time and they start holding hands again which means the separation will be temporary.

Join me into your sadist club. I do think the story of theirs will be incomplete without a phase where they are separated. Previously, we have seen both Abir and Mishti almost giving up on their love. Now that they have expressed their love , become emotionally closer and also shared some physical closeness ( they did not show us what happened in the room after the forehead kiss 😉) it’s going to hit them very hard if they are to separate.

However I want to see how the families realise their worth. The issue in all this is that Mishti and Abir are never given TOP priority in both homes . That is going to come through very clearly. And what is going to help is that Abirs baba who has seen them together and who seems to be someone who has the capability to change everything, maybe in Mishbirs favour.

Bring it on, we will all cry but we know that there is a happy ending to all of this ...

I agree on it not going to be an easy ride but I don't quite agree with Abir being emotionally weak. He is definitely the most emotionally affected person of the lot but he has also exhibited multiple times as to how strong he can be when it really comes to something he really prioritizes. He runs away not because he is weak but because he doesn't want to be the cause to someone else's pain as we saw him do during Kunal and Mishti's engagement but as soon as he realized Mishti loved him and that her true happiness was with him, it took him no time to return and ensure he fought for her.

That is why I believe Abir is really strong when it comes to being emotionally connected to someone or something. He gets affected really easily but he also fights the hardest.

More than them realizing each other's worth, I think this separation is to make the others realize how much Mishbir mean to each other. Either way, really looking forward to the track.

Oh I love how you pointed out the silver lining in both, the otherwise gloomy situations. Although I did notice some of the balloons surviving, I didn't quite relate it to BP, BM, Naanu/Baba at the moment. That is an interesting observation indeed. If that was intentional, kudos to the makers.

However, I did pay more attention to Mishti reacting much more aggressively than Abir did with the hands situation at the airport. I am happy to share the same opinion as you do on the scene. I believe Mishti will be the one who will probably will initiate and take a firm stand in their fight and Abir the one who will be the voice of reason whenever she needs it. And of course them holding the hands again had to happen, the leads of the show and the most amazing love story on TV currently will eventually have to win. Makers can't be that sadistic. 😆 I'm really looking forward to this track.

I always enjoy reading what you have to say about a certain topic related to Mishbir by the way, so thank you for sharing this.

wow awesome post misaki... i agree with most of what you have said.. especially loved you mentioning the best mishbir shayari...

actually i feel its the indication of the battle which is waiting for them... the hand separation n mishti anger i feel that many will try to separate them and want them to give up but mish will fight back n try to convince them in this case its varsha kuhu jas maybe even BM can ask her to stay away as of now but mish will not give up... and in end they did hold hands back so surely they will handle all the hindrance.. they are fighting against their own family so i feel its the indication of in house battle of mah house...

and for the balloon.. already once kunal let the balloon fly n said abir is better without it during kuku shaadi track.. this is an indication about the battle abir gonna fight with RV people.. meenu kunal... nanu will support him but cant say anything infront of meenu and also his words about no one can separate brothers today i dont know what it indicates...

according to me separation is the alone battle they need to face everyday... they may not get to see each other regularly but will be giving strength to one another in one or other way...
