4. I am angry on Rohit too...

I agree with the post and the thoughts.... But couldn't handle today's episode....

1st worst episode of KHKT for me...

Naren is being Naren and Veena never accepted it but she wanted to put a stop to the negative conversation which is why she changed the topic. Rohit was wrong for sure but his reaction is natural. Others have already said a lot on this topic, so I guess there is nothing left to say.

Ofcourse he is wrong in venting it out on sonskshi but in his mind the reason for forgetting anything related to his ex is related to sonakshi. He was living in memories of raima and remembering her bday every year, why did he forget that this year, what was different about this year. Answer is crystal clear, sonakshi happened this year. And hence his reaction, stupid but real. Also, Rohit took the decision of moving on in the heat of moment(the hospital scene) but now it's hitting him hard. Again, the reason of the moment in which he said all about moving on, was sonakshi's rant on him.

I am excited about this phase of show and how much real it will stay. Moving on and giving another chance to love was not a mammoth task for sonakshi because she was already over her ex but Rohit was not or at least he still is not over the idea of raima. Plus he has that huge guilt factor stopping him to get over it.

Totally agree with you. Making the decision to move on and actually moving on are two different things. Both of them have a past but were at two very different stages of processing their pasts when they met. So it’s natural that they will realize their feelings for each other at different junctures!

Let’s hope the makers stay true to the two lead characters and keep the story as real as they have so far!

I am still processing the whole deal of Rohit Sippy. Hes an enigma for me...sometimes hes totally transparent and very easy to read, and sometimes he becomes a big question mark for me.

I understand his anger today now after your post...but venting it all out on Sona is still quite unfair! I still havent recovered from the way he treated Sona in that fashion show fiasco...chalo uss waqt he didnt know and all... but I am still unhappy about the fact that he hasnt really apologized to Sona yet ..aur abh uske ooper phir se he has started yelling on her... 🤢 Not fair at all! Sona is the love of his life...he now knows that too...and yet once again hes treating her as a punching bag. Thats what I am really angry about! 😡

Lets see how this whole thing unfolds. At the end of each track, there is a pile load of due apologies from Doctor sahab....apologies jo ke kabhi hoty nahi hain! 😵

I agree. We all understand his anger (at himself) & confusion but surely as a 32-year old doctor he now has the maturity to react more moderately, & most imp, not take it out unfairly on Sona. This is juvenile graceless behaviour not condonable in Rohit.

Let us in the forum differentiate between how one feels & how one reacts/behaves. The former is not in our control but the latter certainly is once we become adults.

Though the first instinct is to get angry at Rohit after watching today's episode, what was shown today is what real life is like. If someone has loved a person for so many years they dont just fall out of love in weeks.

In this case Rohit has loved Raima for years and more importantly has loved the IDEA of Raima for 4 years. Add to that the guilt that he has suffered through for 4 years. Those feeling don't go away in the blink of an eye. It takes time and now that he is starting to move on (case in point forgetting Raima's birthday) the anger is a natural reaction. The anger is self directed but he is going to vent it out by yelling at Sona. And yes we all love Sona and feel bad for her but such is life. So thank you to makers for KHKT for not making Rohit's journey easy. Its not easy to give up on the idea of someone and just move on.

Also this is where we need Raima. Till Rohit gets over his guilt and the idea of Raima he will never be completely in love in Sona. And our Sona deserves nothing but complete commitment. She needs someone who will love her unconditionally and without reservations. I want Rohit to spoil her and pamper her but that will not happen till Rohit has dealt with the emotions he has held on to for 4 years. And that will take time.

On a side note: shout out to Ajit for being the voice of reason. We all need someone like that in our lives to point out the obvious. Between Pulki, Ajit and Nethra ji we have enough cupids on this show that I don't worry about our hero and heroine.

It going to be bumpy ride but I am sure the makers will make it worth it!!

Cheers!!

Agree wt each n every point....thanks for highlighting 😊

I guess I agree with you to some extent but we have seen that where Raima is concerned Rohit has little control over his emotions and that has been true even before Sonakshi was in the picture. Rohit needs some stability in his life. This reminds me of the time when Rohit compared the two and stated how mature and calm Sonaskshi compared to Raina. I’m hoping the makers will show us how Rohit grows emotionally during this process!

Very well said and hence I empathise with what Rohit is going through and I am very sure once he sorts his feelings, he would love Sonakshi like never before. It is just a tumultuous phase and all the dilemma and denial is justified. The other thing about venting it on Sonakshi though not justified but again a bit natural, can vary from person to person. Lets wait for the show to shape up and I am sure they will capture all the intricacies of relationships beautifully. At least hoping it does not become a melodrama like other series. 🤞

I’m really hoping it doesn’t become a melodrama. I would be super disappointed. Another track I’m really hoping will play out differently is that of Rohan- Pari. I hope they don’t go the “Rohan and pari have an affair and then Rohan blames Pari leading to entire Sippy family blaming Rastogi’s.” This track has been used way too many times, always ruins characters and ruins shows!!

I’m really hoping they don’t take this route!

Given the Sippys track record of blaming the women, that too without investigating properly, I wont be surprised if they only blame Pari & along with her Sona & Suman.

Pari is single. Rohan is the married one & has the greater obligation to stay loyal to his wife.

Loved your post ! True ... he was guilty he forgot, that he was happy and that he made someone else happy ... I hope Raima turns out to be a positive character .... and they both realize they don't connect any more ...

With so much attention to Rohan and Pari, I have a feeling this is surely happening ... they're definitely taking this route.
