The way u have weaved the past references is so commendable. Again I repeat, I always wanted this past reference to be part of the show. But now tht u have written it out, it's met my expectations. So thank you for this always.

I am so so glad that you guys liked the story! You won't believe how apprehensive I was about posting this

I always thought that PRB's first marriage was the foundation to their relationship but never really given the due importance.

And actually the trigger for this story was S2 Prerna taking care of RB after the courtroom scene😳 Namzy and I were quite upset that our Prerna was never shown taking care of an injured Rish

It was all giving away her insecurity and pain knowing that RB was not convinced by her words. One of the most intense and painful scenes. She was just not willing to let go of him even for a sec. The very thought that she was troubling her Mr.Bajaj was creating so many storms in her and she was desperately trying to calm him down.

the anger and pain of RB. He knew something was amiss, he knew she was wrong somewhere and was mad at her but just couldn't hate her. He loved her so fiercely that his eyes just couldn't show the ferocity towards her which his words were trying.

Random dialogues which I remember,

mein aapse alag nahin hoon Mr.Bajaj!

abhi bahut zindagi jeene baki hai Prerna

mein bhi aapse utna hi pyar karti hoon jitna aap mujse karte hain.

@bold exactly, saps! she is no less helpless. She wants to soothe him but she is herself broken inside knowing that this may be the end of their journey together. At this stage, all she wants to assure him is that she loves him as much as he does!

@blue word! RR is flawless here, like Wist said! the anguish, the need to cry his heart out for the most beloved part of his life is slipping away from his hand, and the most wounding fact is that P has hidden the truth from him. ( it's surprising how she always hid the truth from him even though this was the most disturbing thing for him, though here I can understand P).

the scene has this looming presence of inevitable separation. Rishabh is suffering yet unable to be rude, a) he can't hurt Prerna, b) he doesn't want to give her a sour memory of their separation, c) his own pain gets in the way

Both are unable to be vocal enough, both utterly helpless, not wanting to let go yet they have to

There's a beautiful song by MJ and the lyrics are so apt here:
