If the pregnancy track is coming up, I don't think it will be a fullfledged one resulting in Prem. Because, with Kuki already in frame and audience still not accepting kids track, i don't think they will soon introduce another kid. I wanted to think of a positive track. But seeing EK being hellbent to establish her iconic character, i think there will be a miscarriage & seeing Pre's pain of loosing the baby, Anu will let her go for Kuki. In that way, they can save either Anu or Pre from getting butchered & use it to establish PreRish too.
