Also one thing that is questionable how could a person who is hemophobic be allowed to be a doctor? And how could he finish medical school? Don't they have internship and clinical rounds where they literally have to deal with blood. And he is a surgeon no less!

ishani character has so many layers, very complicated and importantly flawed not a perfect ITV lead who all the time think abt others and sacrificing their principles/morale juz to save others...and it makes the character even more interesting...like here one said about defensive mechanism we have to analyse the character if we r going to make post...

regarding teamwork yeah she will eventually get there...thats what called progression of character...u can discuss abt characters and its flaws in more polite manner without offending or influencing others...

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM for character is more than welcome and we can put out everyone's point of view but not a BASHING of character which will leave a bad taste in others who yet to watch the episode and might influence their opinion...

in start there were ppl who said sid-isha is not going to work...sc and nk didnt have chemistry at all...but ppl started to accept them...most of the ppl liked today's precap...and said they have something magical/loveable smooth chemistry...when they didnt even have physical touch at all...

so i have faith that ishani character will also get acceptance eventually...fingers crossed...

Yeah. In fact in the first year itself we have hematology experiments. So that's quite unrealistic. Also couldn't understand how Dr. Anjali wants to become chief of surgery when she belongs to OBG department

We have to remember Dr. Ishani is a first year resident. She maybe book smart and a gunner in school but she will learn in time how to work in a team setting. Right now she is a person of independent thinking and in residency she is there to learn from her senior doctors and her cases which requires listening, learning, and executing what she has been directed to do. There is the issue of ethical dilemmas but if she sticks by doing what is in best interests of the patient and not going against medical ethics she should be fine.

I dont think anyone is bashing Ishani honestly. In the beginning also Sid got a lot of criticism for the way he uses rich people but now a lot of people love his character. So it's just a matter of time. I feel Ishani should learn how to behave with her seniors. And they should atleast show sometimes Ishani being wrong in her diagnosis. It's quite difficult to believe that cases many specialists couldn't diagnose, she just does it in a moment. If they would show her wrong atleast some times it would be more realistic

I'm liking the show and I dont mind minor flaws as well.

I'm guessing because she is an OB/GYN surgeon? I mean she's a OB/GYN surgeon isn't she? Why can't she be the chief of surgery then?

I also think that might be the reason why Dr. Shashank told her there are a lot of senior doctors in sanjivani; and he is sure she would find someone that she could work with. He didn't assign Ishani to any senior doctor; I think he wants to teach her that a person needs to work in a team and work together with one another.

Even i was wondering the same.. he wouldn't have passed med school because if I'm not wrong in the final year their practicals mostly consist of disecting and opening human body parts..
