if that's an excuse to justify bajaj's action then Anu should murder Bajaj even that will be justified bcoz Bajaj is the sole reason for all his miseries...

first of all when the bike hit anu slighty he need to move off as he clearly saw many cars were struggling in rain and he saw bajaj car coming his way...what entered his mind,isn't it basic ettiquete of the road is back off...why was he standing in the middle of the road...that was stupid of him

as for bajaj,its understandable on his side that so many things was going on in his mind especially anger for anu as that guy is provoking him to another level while driving in rains its difficult to see the surrounding,thats also understandable,after hitting a guy why didn't you help that guy...he was in trance understandable but than its humanity to realise...come out from the trance and help the victim rather than sitting in the car for a long time

both are stupid here big time...both are in wrong
