It’s a unanimous decision and one person can’t decide who wins, and I’m sure she didn’t have the power to influence nominations.

she had all the power of influencing others as she was not only a jury member of NAs but was a chairperson of CB as well and was also in Congress party back then. and being a very senior seasoned actress she very well had an influence over others as being in the legal official position.
