My mother has been suffering from discushernia for 25 years. Regularly, she exercise every day. She has adopted physician advice and is living without pain, to the best of her ability. So our Madi now has to listen to everything the doctors tell her. It's the fastest way to recovery.

I admit, I was a little panicked. Sorry friends. I live in a country bombarded with depleted uranium. The consequences are dire and that is why it is sometimes difficult for me to overcome panic.

So brave of your mother👏, Nado, to be maintaining her health problem by regular exercises, for any back problem, the only solution is sitting on an ergonomic chair while on the PC, maintaining the right posture, not straining the back by too much overwork on any gadget and most importantly, regular exercises, even walking for half an hour minimum for five times a week is good and necessary!

Nado, please take good care of yourself and try to do some yoga or deep breathing exercises for controlling panic.
