As I have said earlier, they are building up a strong contrast between her "own" Soham Vs an "outsider" Abhijeet who is shown having a far greater respect for her. Typical serial drama to show it as black and white rather than having grey shades.

On a serious note, both Soham and Shubhra seem to be doing well in their careers. Presentation konihi nahi det. Jara barya designation var astil dogha, to give presentation and company sponsored business trips.

Me and my dad sort of had an argument on the amount. He thought it was 1 lac 70k. And I remember seeing 70k. But since he was so sure of seeing 1lac, I sort of agreed to him. But then I saw 70k again in another shot, I burst into laughter.

Gharcha kharcha to kiti asel. They have no domestic help. Bhandi pan AR kadoon dhuoon ghetli. Yet he is in financial crisis. Saadhe gas cylinder che paise naahit. BTW, TP did mention the amount today when she insisted on Asa to take a look at the cheque.
