Btw unpopular opinion, rosogolla is overrated. Specially Kolkata's sponge rosogolla. I love north Bengal's rosogolla. But there r many tastier bengali sweets

I hate sweet phuchka. I can't even stand lemon juice in it. I want tamarind water and load of spices. Otherwise its not phuchka. Its a joke.
