Coming out of hibernation to reply to this lovely post. Thanks for recapitulating Guddan's journey so beautifully. You made me go back and watch a few earlier episodes just to relive the fun. I'm sure I'll be doing it for the next few days. I really appreciate the effort you put into it, and it shows the love you have for this show.

Congratulations to this lovely team for this very entertaining show. It's my 20 minutes of 'keep my brain aside and enjoy the fun every day. I don't know if the team of Guddan reads the posts on this forum (for the sake of their sanity, I hope not!), but if they do--- thank you for this wonderful, inspiring show that manages to make practically every episode a worthwhile watch for the entire 20 minutes. There is rarely an episode where I feel like..kya yaar...why did I watch that? You guys always keep it interesting, and mostly keep it fun. I appreciate the effort that goes into producing 20 episodes a month. It's tough, and do it at reasonably high quality is even tougher. So, much kudos to you. Also, special shout out to the dialogue writers of this show. Best, most witty, spontaneous writing on Indian TV in years. Cannot forget epic one-liners like Guddan saying to Dutta - "Shah rukh aur Salman bhai ke pictures nahi dekhte hain kya? Apne se aadhi umar ki larkiyon ko wohi bachate hain na!" Or AJ saying to Guddan- "Pictures Shah Rukh ki dekhti ho, par acting ek dum B grade villain ki karti ho."

These lines and many more have given me many ROFL/awww moments in the past year, and thank you for that.

The characters are lovely- Guddan is the most adorable character. You can't help but love her, and her quirks. AJ is husband goals and a very natural, mature character. Kanika Mann and Nishant Malkani do wonderful jobs as Guddan and AJ. Special mention to Nishant's coming timing. It is superb. And I'm not just talking about the Honda character. Even in the earlier episodes, his dry wit was always well delivered.

It's been a pleasure to watch Guddan grow from an under-confident silly young lady into a strong, mature woman. I hope we get to see much more in the coming year. All the best wishes to the team.

Thanks again for this very, very nice post. I'll be going back into the woodwork now. But I had to come out to say THANK YOU to the TM and to Team Guddan.

NB: Zee5 makers, get your act together. I pay for the damn premium subscription and still have to wait hours after the episode is aired to watch it. I pretty much pay for Zee5 to watch Guddan- that's it. I hope they fix this. It's annoying to say the least.
