How and why Arnav let Khushi go is important and at the same time, Akash's back story is not any less important.

Coming to Khushi's betrayal, I thought which one of the following can become the cause for betrayal, Payal or Aman or Shyam? They are all very important to Arnav as of now.

Then I thought it could be Khushi herself which is going to be the cause. For Khushi, this marriage is a compromise. She did not think this marriage is going to last long and she has just decided to give this marriage a chance and she is taking precautions to avoid pregnancy. She never said "I love you" to him. If I am not wrong, Arnav is not aware of any of this yet. Will they be enough reasons, to think he was betrayed and decide to let her go?
