I have been telling this in all my posts. The writers made Jhanvi a smart ass but failed to write a proper backstory for the viewers to feel sorry for her.

Sirf flashbacks se kaam chala diya. That's why the initial TRP was more than 1. After 2nd week the ratings dropped drastically.

Everyone is criticizing the content.

Even neutral fans. Nobody likes the show right now.

Shrenu got many new fans when the show started, but all left after revamp.
