No big deal. There aren't enough vellis in town right now. A list senior vellis are clinging to their husbands abroad,only one velli walked. Designers either have to ask B/C listers, or velli and desperate nepokids.

It was because of her affiliation with Lakme salon. The designers didn't approach her... This is more of a lakme monopoly.
