This was after Anurag came to know that Sneha is his daughter, right? They were at Prem's samadhi

Lovely scene...even the PRB scene after that is wonderful when she tells him that if he needs her to verbalize what he means to her, then she will do that as well

In the first pic, RB understands very well his mistake and doesn't feel the right to reach out to P. He knows how difficult it was for her to accept Tanisha and what she went thru to save their marriage.

So he didn't want to burden her with his guilt, and sorrow and the public humiliation via newspapers and kids etc. So he just quietly comes to the room and weeps on his own, desperately needing her, yet unable to reach out to her until she comes to him. Even for this hug he had to wait.

And P on the other hand, she exactly knew what her man was going thru and he won't reach out to her, but needed her the most. So she forgot all her pain and was keen to make him feel better. Yet again it was not meaningful who committed the mistake, but each of them were always finding ways to make the other feel better and get through this kasauti together.

As each thought the other's pain was more than their own, they just comforted the other. In the end, both healed equally.

Bold- Exactly...he felt that in this case his mistake, however unintentional, had hurt Prerna so much...then how could he expect/seek her comfort. Yet he needed her strength and support to face his children...children who had revered him all their lives and were suddenly going to discover that their father was a fallible human being after all!

She was always feisty! You couldn't put her down and get away with it!!!

And that is another reason why I think PRB's relationship worked so well! Both were in a equal footing....equally strong, equally malleable! They were the perfect foil to each other! With partners who may be more docile, both Rish and Prerna would have been unhappy...they needed that challenge

And he was in a bad state... somewhere in between of being turned-on to public embarassment to kid's perception of their mom....for a change he was just not sure what to do!

and no it was not n front of Prem's samadhi....it is a cringe worthy scene but the dialogues r so good! else I would never watch this one....one of the worst tracks for PRB, but culdn't be avoided.

n I m deliberately not giving u more context of the scene as then u will not feel like watching it😆
